Every year, Ferrari rewards elite dealerships with the Testa Rossa Awards.

The aim of the program is to recognise the best Ferrari employees in the world in the Marketing, Sales and After-Sales categories.

 

Two stages of pre-selection are carried out before reaching the grand final in front of a jury. Indeed, employees must first carry out a multiple-choice question on the history of the Brand, the characteristics of Ferrari models and the competition as well as Ferrari tools and software. At the end of this, another selection step is added, different from one category to another.

This year, Guillaume Ettori, our Sales and Marketing Manager, gave us a memorable performance by brilliantly finishing as the winner of the Marketing Executive category on a global scale.

Guillaume gave a complete presentation on the theme of customer experience in a context of changing customers, expectations, technologies and mentalities while paying attention to the sustainable and eco-responsible side.

The awards ceremony took place during the Dealer Annual Meeting at the Teatro Del Maggio Musicale in Florence in the company of Benedetto Vigna, CEO Ferrari, and Enrico Galliera, Chief Marketing & Commercial Officer. Five employees were presented with a trophy in front of all the dealers around the world.

This trophy depicts Ferrari 250 engine cylinder heads on carbon base. He is present for a year at the Cannes dealership before returning to the factory.

At the same time, Bryan Luthringer, Sales Executive SF Côte d'Azur, was voted second best World Sales Executive 2023.

Bryan has carried out various tests of simulation and configuration of a Ferrari vehicle, allowing him to arrive in the top 3 in the world in his category.

These results are a representation of the expertise and passion shown by all your Ferrari SF Côte d'Azur & Grand Est teams.
