Ferrari 296 Challenge Test Drive

On 24 and 25 September, we welcomed a number of our customers for an exclusive test drive of the Ferrari 296 Challenge at the Paul Ricard circuit in Le Castellet.

During these two days, our customers had the privilege of being among the first to test drive the 296 Challenge during a private 20-30 minute session, alongside a Ferrari instructor.

They were accompanied by a driver instructor, who gave initial instructions on the circuit before handing over the wheel to our customers. The AF Corse teams were on hand to supervise each run.

In terms of figures, the Ferrari 296 Challenge develops 700 bhp thanks to its V6 engine. True to the spirit of pure performance, it has no hybridisation, yet boasts an exceptional power-to-weight ratio of 234 bhp per litre. What's more, it is capable of completing a lap of the Paul Ricard circuit four seconds faster than the 488 Challenge EVO. Its revolutionary aerodynamics and innovative braking system guarantee efficiency and safety, even in extreme conditions.

The days were divided into two sessions, morning and afternoon, separated by a lunch break with a panoramic view of the circuit.

Each customer's performance was then analysed on computer by engineers and they were able to discuss areas for improvement with them live.

To top it all off, each customer received an SD card containing a video of their test drive on the legendary Castellet circuit.

It was an exceptional event, where complete immersion gave interested participants a foretaste not only of joining the Challenge Club or Challenge Compétition, but also of fully discovering the performance of this racing Ferrari.
